The truth is not many because choosing diet drinks alone is useless with regular exercise. Diet sodas are carbonated beverages that instead of sugar are sweetened with artificial sweeteners like aspartame, acesulfame-k, cyclamate, sucralose and saccharin. And the the evidence for these beverages having any health benefits use is completely nonexistent.
