If you want to reduce your gas production you should avoid certain foods which will make you fart. Certain foods promote farting because you cant digest these foods completely so they reach your intestines the bacteria will break them down and produce more gas than usuall in your intestines. The worst farting foods can actually vary from person to person, so you might need to keep a log of what foods you eat and how much you fart to find a solution...but here are some famous musical fruits and vegetables, 1)Beans, 2)Cauliflower, 3)Dairy products and for some fiber-rich foods makes them gassy.. but it could be many things for different people..... let it rip, dont hold back but open a window if you do.
