And peanut butter is also rich in Calcium and magnesium which promotes the development of strong bones whihc is good for growing kids and people who are losing bone density... and its full of Folic acid which is what you want during a pregnancy.. In the end of the day it depedns on how much jelly you throw in your sandwiches..(a moderate jelly amount is perfectly fine)
